Barnacre is a fabulous, semi-detached, single-storey holiday home resting in Longhirst near Morpeth, Northumberland and can sleep 11 people in five bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with gas double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker and seating for four people, a dining room with seating for 11 people, a sitting room with Sky TV and multi-fuel stove, a sitting room with Sky TV, selection of books and electric fire, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a games room with a pool table. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with TV and en-suite shower rooms, a family room with king-size, single and TV, a king-size with TV, and a twin with TV, along with two shower rooms and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a private courtyard with patio and furniture, a shared garden with gravelled area and furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One small, well-behaved pet is welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Barnacre is the perfect base for a large family gathering in Northumberland.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
