Pinecone Lodge – No 9 on Felmoor Park, can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Please Note: Due to limited floor space in this property - it is not suitable for use of a travel cot. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for one car and a veranda with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 3.6 miles there is a shop and within 1.2 miles there is a pub. This property accepts two pets however smoking is not allowed. Pinecone Lodge – No 9 is a lovely escape, whatever time of year. Note: No barbecues are allowed at the property or anywhere on the holiday park. Please note this property does not accept stag/hen parties or similar and the site operates a quiet time policy between 10pm and 8 am

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
