Stackyard is a fabulous mid-terrace cottage settled in Witton Gilbert, Northumberland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Minimum 3 night stay The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and wine chiller, a dining area with overall seating for 12 people, a sitting area with a TV, electric fire and speakers, as well as a utility with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom, another king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawned area, decking and furniture, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is prohibited here. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
