This stunning ground floor property just oozes luxury, with contemporary open plan, light and airy living areas and outstanding, uninterrupted views across the coast and 18 hole championship golf course, Foxton Golf Club. For keen golfers, Rock Lodge is situated in a fantastic location, ideal for 9 holes before breakfast. This cottage benefits from being just a short walk away from beautiful, secluded sandy beaches and the pretty village of Alnmouth where you will find warm and welcoming pubs, restaurants and cafe's. There is also a small convenience store and Post Office. The town of Alnwick is just over 5 miles away where you have many more amenities. Living area with comfy seating, wood burning stove, wall-mounted Smart TV and views across the 12th hole of Foxton Golf Course, and sea views thereafter. Dining area with table and chairs for 6 guests. Kitchen area with electric oven and ceramic hob, integrated American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Separate utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space. Bedroom 1 with super King size or two single beds with fitted wardrobes, wall-mounted TV, sea views and en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, wall-mounted TV and sea views. Bedroom 3 with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 3 cars to the front of the property. Large enclosed garden combining terrace, lawned area and patio with garden furniture and an outside tap. Gas central heating and underfloor heating throughout the property with thermostats in each room. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
