This farmhouse cottage on the outskirts of Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders region can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Falla Farmhouse is a former farm building resting on the outskirts of Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders. It has a total of three bedrooms, including two king-size rooms with zip/link beds and a further king-size room, as well as two bathrooms. The cottage is completed with an open living with a woodburning stove. The outside area is completed with big gardens and spectacular trees and plants to blend into the picturesque views of the meadows nearby. This Falla Farmhouse is ideal for a family getaway or an adult group looking for a place to stay whilst they explore the nearby environment of the Scottish Borders.Cot and highchair available on request.

Front garden with bench and table seating and secluded garden to the side and rear of the property with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
