There are five bedrooms in the cottage sleeping a total of ten adults and two children, including a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size, a twin, a second-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with double sofa bed and adjoining children's room, 1 x second-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, served by a cloakroom and a family bathroom. The cottage is also home to a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. Outside there is a multi-level garden with lawn and patio areas with furniture, barbecue and table tennis, as well as off-road parking for five cars. Whinstones at 4 The Villas promises to be the ultimate family escape at any time of year.

Please Note: Check in Day is a Friday. Oil fired central heating and 2 x woodburning stove. Range cooker with double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Sky Sports and Sky Cinema, Smart TV with Freeview, Xbox, Nintendo Wii, DVD player, surround-sound speakers, Superfast WiFi and a selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for three cars. Multi-level garden with lawn and patio areas with furniture, barbecue and table tennis. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Note: Dogs are permitted on the ground floor only. Note - New Fire regulations stipulate that the adjoining playroom in the family bedroom can no longer be used as a bedroom. Do not leave children in this room unattended with the door closed in case of fire. Up to two additional children under 10 can stay in the property but own bedding must be provided. The foam z beds in the playroom can be moved anywhere in the house to facilitate this. Note: Sorry, no stag/hen parties. Please Note: Electric car charging is not allowed at this property, there are 2 charging points at the top of the road in the village. Please note: this property has a minimum of 3 night stays. Please note: In the peak periods this property only accepts 7 night bookings. Please Note: Check in day is a Friday

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
