Outside is off road parking for two cars, a shared, enclosed front lawned garden with furniture and a further enclosed, private, lawned garden area to the rear with a storage shed. Gamekeeper's Cottage makes an ideal base for enjoying both the inland beauty of the Cheviots and the stunning Heritage coastline.

Fuel, power and starter packs for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared, enclosed front lawned garden with furniture. Rear enclosed, private, lawned garden area and storage shed. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 1.5 miles. Note: Due to the nearby brook, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The property is an historic workers cottage dating back to 1836 (so not a modern property) and has a steep stairway to the bedrooms and step between kitchen and dining room. It is not recommended for people and pets with limited mobility. Bus service 4x per day Monday-Saturday to Alnwick and Wooler. Note: Please be aware that there is no mobile reception at the property

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
