Braidcarr Cottage, Seahouses, Northumberland, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Braidcarr Cottage has been finished to an extremely high standard with accommodation set over two floors for 4 guests. Situated in the quiet and peaceful location just a couple of minutes walk to the bustling harbour, Braidcarr Cottage is in the perfect position to experience the many activities Seahouses has to offer. Boat trips to the Farne Islands - home to a large array of wildlife, it is a popular destination for both holiday makers and day visitors. Bamburgh with its golden beaches and magnificent castle is just a short drive away. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Kitchen / dining / living room (Open Plan) - completely modernised and upgraded for 2022 Kitchen area with integrated Bosch oven and microwave, Bosch induction hob, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining area with table and chairs for 4 guests. Lounge with comfy seating, wood-burning stove, flat screen internet smart TV, DVD/CD player, Wi-Fi, Sonos music system and telephone. Separate WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed and storage options. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Family bathroom with bath and over shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Parking to the rear of the property. Seating area to the rear. Programmable electric heating system throughout (new for 2022). All power, linen and towels included in the rent. *Please note this is a no dog property, however, dogs have been accepted in the past, so if you have allergies we cannot guarantee the property is 'pet-free' .

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
