Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living space with log burner, kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Please bring your own kindling & fire lighters, also available to purchase locally (logs provided).

The Beach House in Bednell, Northumberland sleeps seven in three rooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double and a family room with a bunk bed and single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private decked area with furniture, as well as a shared lawn and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.5 miles you will find a shop, within 1 mile, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, logs, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price and a travel cot and highchair are available. The Beach House (Beadnell) is a fabulous base for a family escape to Northumberland. Note: Guests can use on-site tennis courts, subject to availability but you must bring your own sports equipment.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
