Pebble Cottage near Longhoughton in Northumberland sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Pebble Cottage is a charming stone built cottage in an outstanding location right on the sea shore with beautiful sea views. As one of Boulmer’s original fisherman’s cottages it has been renovated and extended to accommodate three bedrooms. The front garden leads directly down to the rocks and beach, and there is also a large enclosed back garden. The cottage enjoys sea or farmland views from every aspect. There is a quiet pub next door that serves lunches and evening meals in attractive surroundings. GROUND FLOOR Living room spacious and wood panelled with log fire and TV/DVD player. Kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, TV/DVD player, table and chairs and French doors to the garden leading directly onto the beach. Walk-in cloarkoom with hanging space Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Glass door leading to balcony with table and chairs and lovely sea views. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Large enclosed back garden. Front garden with seating on patio and lawn area leading straight to rocks and beach. Gas central heating, electricity and hot water included in the rent. A welcome pack of a bag of logs, kindling and firelighters is included. All bed linen and towels provided. Private parking. Secure storage available in barn for bikes etc.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
