Wisteria Cottage in Warkworth, Northumberland sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Wisteria Cottage is a refurbished Victorian cottage set in a quiet lane in the heart of Warkworth, only a few yards from the River Coquet. The property has been finished to a high standard with attention given to both furniture and fittings accompanied by the brand new log burner. The cottage provides excellent accommodation for a couple or family in a central location and contains everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and cosy, whatever the time of year. The unspoilt village of Warkworth has many interesting shops and galleries along with a selection of tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. Warkwork bay with it's beautiful sandy beach is one mile. GROUND FLOOR (OPEN PLAN) Kitchen area with oven and grill, slimline dishwasher, integrated microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and fold away dining table with 4 chairs. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
