This end terraced farm cottage is located just outside Alnmouth in Northumberland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Stephen's Cottage is an end terraced farm cottage on a working farm just two miles from the coastal town of Alnmouth in Northumberland. With three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin as well as the family bathroom and shower room, this cottage can sleep six people. There is also a fitted kitchen with a dining area and sitting room with a gas stove. Outside the cottage is shared use of a large lawned garden and off road parking for two cars. With its neighbouring cottages, Stephen's Cottage can provide accommodation for up to 18 people in this beautiful part of Northumberland.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair by arrangement. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden with large lawn area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
