Bilton Farm Cottage No2, Bilton, Alnmouth, sleeps five guests in two bedrooms. Steep Stairs Bilton Farm Cottage No2 is a very comfortable traditional stone-built farm cottages are set in the tiny hamlet of Bilton, only 2 miles from Alnmouth and its lovely beaches.
Night storage heating with electric fire stove. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Note: Parking to the rear of the property. Note: Bunk suitable for a child only. Note: The staircase is steep with shallow steps. The steps are covered in laminate with anti slip stair nosing. Handrails are fitted to both sides.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
