This cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom and a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a front patio and an enclosed, front decked area with furniture. The Snug is an ideal base for sandy beaches, watersports and many attractions, such as Alnwick Castle, Holy Island and Hadrian's Wall. Please note there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150 on this property

Electric night storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front patio with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 0.3 miles. Note: There is no room for a travel cot in the bedroom.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
