This detached cottage is situated in Beadnell, Northumberland and sleeps two people. Primrose Cottage is a detached, single storey cottage in the seaside village of Beadnell, close to Seahouses in Northumberland. This cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is parking nearby and an enclosed front decked area with furniture. Primrose Cottage is an ideal romantic retreat with a beach within walking distance and many tourist attractions close by.

Electric night storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front decked area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
