On The Watersedge in Beadnell, Northumberland sleeps 14 guests in six bedrooms. Hot tub is a supplement of £300 pounds sterling - please contact Sykes to request after making your booking/pay. WiFi, fuel, power, linen and towels are all inc. Kitchen/diner with a Range cooker, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining area for 14 guests. Sitting room with TV. Bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size with sofa, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with TV and en-suite shower room and a family room with a king-size and two singles, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, BBQ and hot tub (hot tub supplement - 300 pounds sterling - please arrange this directly with the owner if wish to use it). Ample off-road parking. The hot tub will not reach full temperature on the first night of the stay. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, additional dogs welcome at an extra charge at £50 per dog (please arrange directly with the owner), but sorry, no smoking. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
