Hosting two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom, along with a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars along with a garden area for guests including a patio with seating, lawned area and seating, all within the owner's grounds and smallholding. Sarah's Cottage is a charming retreat for four to the rural setting of Northumberland. Please note: This property only accepts stays with a minimum of 3 nights. Please note: Electric car charging needs to be agreed with prior arrangement with the owner.

Note: The property is a wing/annexe off the owner's home with the properties resting within a 14-acre smallholding. Please note: This property only accepts stays with a minimum of 3 nights. Please note: EV charging is not permitted at the property, but there is a EV charging point 2.3 miles away at Bolam lake Country Park

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
