There is also a bathroom, kitchen, dining room with electric fire and sitting room. To the outside is off-road parking for 1 car and an enclosed courtyard garden at the rear with furniture. Victoria Cottage offers a lovely escape to the coast, for you and your loved ones. Note: Any bookings made commencing 7th August - 14th August. No short breaks will be accepted for this week due to availability of cleaning preparations.

Enclosed courtyard garden at the rear with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: There are steps up into the bedrooms. Note: This property only accepts Friday or Monday changeovers. Free Health Club Membership, At Victoria Cottage we offer a Membership Pass for up to 5 Guests for the local Health Club - The pass entitles our Guests to access the Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym facilities completely free of charge, this is located at The Old Granary located on Links Road, near the beach, Please just show them the Membership Pass which is in our welcome pack. (Dogs are allowed in parts of the restaurant at the health club). Please note : Towels and linen are included in the rent.
Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
