All on ground floor, it boasts two double bedrooms, sleeping four people. There is also a shower room, kitchen and living/dining room with a sofa bed for an extra guest. to the outside is parking on a first come, first served basis, while a selection of handy amenities await in the town centre, just a stroll away. 33 The Wynd is a lovely, coastal getaway for families or friends.
Nest gas central heating system. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Now TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot with mattress - please bring your own bedding. Off-road parking on a first come, first served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub and harbour 0.6 miles, Alnmouth train station is approximately 5.5 miles from property and taxi's available from station to property costing approximately £16.00 but prices may vary.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
