Rose House in Alnmouth, Northumberland, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washer/dryer, and two dishwashers, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, an iPod docking station, a selection of books and games, and a conservatory with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suites, and a super-king-size (zip/link) and a twin on the second floor, serviced by a bathroom, a ground-floor shower room, and a second-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, and permit parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Rose House is a delightful base for a Northumberland break. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
