Oak Cottage in Alnmouth, Northumberland sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Oak Cottage is a beautiful stone built end of terrace property located in a quiet square in the pretty village of Lesbury just a mile away from Alnmouth. Decorated and furnished to a high standard with impeccable attention to detail, with it's log burning stove, Oak Cottage is a very cosy and comfortable cottage for both couples and small families alike any time of the year. The pretty village of Lesbury benefits from a great pub 'The Coach Inn' and a small village shop / post office, a mile away is the popular village of Alnmouth with an array of gift shops, cafes and restaurants. Oak Cottage is ideally located for exploring all the attractions Northumberland and the Heritage Coastline has to offer. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance Lounge with comfy seating, TV with Freeview and DVD player and inglenook fireplace with log burning stove. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Dining area with large table and chairs and access to the rear patio. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed, TV with Freeview and DVD player and en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with King size bed and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 1 medium size car. Enclosed patio with furniture to the rear of the property. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Starter pack for the log burning stove supplied between October and April. Regret no pets. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
