The Lodge in Alnwick, Northumberland sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The Lodge (Alnwick) is a beautifully renovated stone built cottage sheltered by woodland in an enviable position opposite the famous Alnwick Gardens. Dappled in shade from a mature Copper Beech tree, this stunning property has been carefully thought out to give guests very comfortable accommodation over one level with two bedrooms and one reception room. A large open garden with lawn to the front with an enclosed garden with furniture to the rear makes an ideal place to relax in after a long day exploring what Alnwick and Northumberland have to offer. ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (Ground Floor) Entrance hall. Lounge/dining room with comfy sofa, two arm chairs, TV and table and chairs for four guests. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds and TV. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 2 cars. Large open garden to the front and an enclosed garden with furniture to the rear. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
