Troya is a remarkable, detached holiday home resting in Daviot near Inverness and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/ diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining seating for eight. There is a sitting room with TV and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and three doubles, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a large, enclosed garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for 5 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at the property. Within 2.1 miles there is a shop and within 6.4 miles, a pub. Troya is a fabulous dwelling for a rural escape to the Scottish Highlands.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
