Granny's Cottage is a stone terraced cottage set in the small village of Dunbeath within driving distance of John O'Groats. This cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one single, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside there's ample off road parking, a front lawned garden with furniture and a rear courtyard. Granny's Cottage is an excellent base for walkers, cyclists, wildlife lovers and guests interested in the history of the area.
Electric fire in each room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Coast 5 mins walk. Note: The front garden is opposite the cottage and is accessed via a road. Note: Children under 16 years old are not accepted at this property. Note: Check-in 5pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
