The smart fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, etc; a small utility room houses a washing machine. The dining area is perfect for breakfast or dinner a deux - take time to relax over meals, isn't that what holidays are all about? The bedroom is lovely; decorated in seaside hues of blues and pale greys, it has a comfortable king size bed with crisp white bed linens, bedside tables plus hanging space, a chest of drawers and a rattan chair. There is also a fabulous large shower room with a double-size, walk-in shower cubicle, WC and hand wash basin. One infant welcome, however guests should bring their own cot and high chair Outside With a small paved courtyard area to the front with table and chairs, you can enjoy drinks or meals outside in the sunshine!

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
