River Forge in Whitby, North Yorkshire, sleeps eight in four bedrooms. River Forge is a duplex apartment set over the first, second and third-floors. The living areas include a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms include a king-size, a double with en-suite shower and two twins, served by a shower room and bathroom. To the outside is a balcony, a rear terraced garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.7 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, pets and smoking is not tolerated. Escape to River Forge for a wonderful retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Due to the balcony and due to the terraced garden being steep, with steps up to the sitting area, children must be supervised at all times. Note: This apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the number of steps. Note: Situated above a ground-floor apartment.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
