Pipit House in Whitby North Yorkshire, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this three-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, woodburning stove, TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link), and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with bench, a rear decked terrace with furniture, and a local car parks in the area with permit parking, or the option of roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub and River Esk in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. Pipit House is well-positioned to enjoy a North Yorkshire escape. Note: £20 supplement per dog. Note: This property has two flights of steep stairs. Note: Dogs to be supervised when in the back garden please. Note: Check-in from 3:30pm, check-out by 10am. Note: No children under the age of 10.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
