The apartment also has a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Parking is available in a long stay car park, 5 minutes' walk away. With many attractions in Whitby itself, as well as the wonderful North York Moors National Park on your doorstep, makes Park View an ideal base for a couple of small family.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Loading/unloading outside property only. Parking in long stay car park 5 mins walk, plus roadside parking 5 mins walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Harbour 5 mins walk, beach 10 mins walk. Note: Road noise can be heard. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owner occasionally stays at the apartment with her dog.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
