This mews property overlooks the upper harbour in Whitby and sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Little Venice is a terraced waterside cottage close to the amenities of Whitby. The cottage has a double, a twin and a single room along with a bathroom on the first floor, while downstairs is a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire and doors leading out to the patio. This lovely spot overlooks the marina, and is a great spot to sit with a coffee as you watch the boats. There is also off road parking for two cars. Little Venice is within easy reach of the shops and restaurants of Whitby, as well as the beach and abbey.
Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus garage for 1 small car. Rear, enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 12 mins walk, pub 3 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Young children must be supervised when on the patio due to gaps in the railings.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
