Crab Cottage is a delightful, terraced cottage resting in Sandsend, North Yorkshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. There are three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom with bath with Jacuzzi jets, large handheld rainfall shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a cloakroom with basin and WC and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To complete the property, there is a utility and a snug with a woodburning stove. Central heating is gas with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The kitchen has a gas AGA, electric hob, 2 x microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst an upstairs cupboard hosts a washer/dryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, with sky package and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, a front gravelled area and a large rear garden with patio and lawned area. One well-behaved pet welcome. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
