This wonderful, semi-detached, former red-brick farmhouse set just a 1-mile walk from the town centre of Whitby can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Airy Hill Old Farmhouse is a wonderful, semi-detached, former red-brick farmhouse situated a short walk from the centre of the ever popular coastal town of Whitby. The cottage can sleep eight people in three double rooms, two with en-suite facilities, a twin room, and a family bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with a further woodburning stove and patio doors leading outside. Outside, there is an enclosed, lawned garden with furniture and off road parking for two cars. Airy Hill Old Farmhouse is a great base for friends and families exploring the North Yorkshire coastline, all year round. Minimum 3 night stay. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Additional dogs charged at £20 per pet, pet week.

Note: Cottage next to a secondary school and caravan park, some traffic noise can be heard at around 8.45am and 3.40pm during the week. Note: *Electric Vehicle Charging:we do not have Electric Vehicle Charging points, the use of Domestic Chargers ('granny chargers' or 'trickle chargers') or any kind of extension lead is expressly forbidden at our properties. Nearest EV charging point is located at Tesco Superstore, York Street. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £300.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
