The comfortable sitting room has a TV/DVD player and French doors opening into the courtyard. First Floor On the first floor is a good-size bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. There is a small study, an ideal spot to sit and read. The charming house bathroom has a free-standing roll top bath, shower attachment, WC and hand wash basin. Second Floor On the second floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a shower, WC and hand wash basin. Outside The pretty enclosed courtyard is planted with tubs and climbers for colour plus there's outside seating - this relaxing area is perfect for enjoying the first cuppa of the day or an evening pre-dinner glass of wine before cooking or going out to sample one of the many superb restaurants, all within easy walking distance.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
