Regatta House in Whitby, North Yorkshire sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.  This three-storey holiday home has four bedrooms with en-suites, including two super-king-size, a second-floor king-size and a second-floor twin. There’s also a kitchen, a dining room, a cloakroom/utility and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryers, and a coffee machine for cappuccinos and espresso, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a washing line for drying, a garden with seating area, a rear courtyard with a large table/chairs and parasol and roadside parking. Parking permits for up to two cars nearby on a first-come, first-served basis (spaces not guaranteed). Two well-behaved pets are welcome. This property does not accept smoking or vaping. Find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and a beach in 0.3 miles. Note: Hairdryers on each floor. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
