Set over three floors, the property hosts one first-floor family room with a double and single, and one second-floor double, together sleeping a total of five guests with a family shower room. Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen and an open-plan living room/dining area with an electric fire. Kiwi Cottage is a wonderful choice for a family break to the coast of the North York Moors.
Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi with super fast broadband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is no direct parking outside the cottage. One well-behaved pet welcome, £20 supplement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles and pub 0.01 miles. Note: Staircase is quite narrow and care must be taken. Note : new blinds in every room

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
