A fantastic holiday cottage located in the heart of Whitby, furnished to an extremely high standard and decorated in seaside themes with a private parking space. Ground Floor On the ground floor there is a open-plan sitting room with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and DVD player, a dining table to seat six people and an open plan kitchen with new oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. First Floor On the first floor there is a house bathroom with full size bath, shower, hand wash basin and WC, First Floor On the first floor there is a house bathroom with full size bath, shower, hand wash basin and WC, one twin bedroom, and one super-king bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Second Floor On the second floor there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside To the rear of the cottage there is a small secluded patio area with two small outdoor tables and six outdoor chairs to enjoy a drink on a warm evening.

Scratch cards for additional parking in “W” zones for an additional car provided. Small patio garden with furniture 2 mins walk to the harbour and town centre.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
