There is a family bathroom, a utility/shower room, a kitchen/diner and two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves. (Please let the owner know in advance if the chest freezer will be required.) Outside there is off-road parking available, as well as a large rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Webstone House is a great touring base for exploring North Yorkshire.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Rear garden with patio, seating, large lawn and outbuildings. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pubs 1.4 miles. Notes: Additional logs available to purchase further kindling and logs from Middle Farm in Thimbleby village or at the Shop in Osmotherley. Please note there are no facilities to charge electric cars at this property. Please note this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150
