The Back House is an idyllic semi-detached cottage resting in Staindrop, County Durham and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six people and a sitting room with woodburning stove, Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of three super-king-size with zip/link, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. 6-person private hot tub. Outside there is secure bike storage, a gravelled private pergola area with seating as well as access to sheltered walled courtyard, along with off-road secure parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Catering can be arranged on request. Property provides a welcome pack with freshly baked items. At this point in time, we are unable to support charging of electric vehicles at the property There are multiple charging points at the local supermarket. Sorry no puppies, or dogs under 12 months. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
