Bay House, Bridlington, North Yorkshire, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Bay House consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, a dining room with seating for eight and a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a second-floor king-size, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and second-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a rear garden with patio and furniture, plus on road permit parking available for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are also provided. Escape to the coast of North Yorkshire with a stay at the lovely Bay House. Note: There is some low head height on the second floor. Note: Car registration numbers will need to be provided for the digital parking permits to be allocated. Note: bed linen for the travel cot is not provided.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
