This large detached Grade II listed property is located in Snainton near Scarborough and can sleep seventeen people in eight bedrooms.  The Lodge is a spacious detached Grade II listed property in the North Yorkshire village of Snainton, just nine miles from Scarborough. Spread over three floors, the property has eight bedrooms (five super king-size doubles and three twins), one with a day bed, as well as four family bathrooms. On the ground floor is a kitchen, a dining room and two sitting rooms, one with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking, a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a sumptuous hot tub. Just a short drive to the coast, and close to the North York Moors National Park, The Lodge is a superb family holiday home for a memorable holiday in North Yorkshire.

Gas range cooker, double electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVDs, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots and two highchairs (these are in the property permanently). Off road parking for 5 cars. Private enclosed lawned garden with decking, furniture and hot tub, The garden included in your rental is the upper and lower lawn. The land beyond this doesn’t form part of the rental. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 2 mins walk. Shop 5 miles. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
