Spread out over four floors. On the ground floor there are entrance halls, a large kitchen, and a large dining room. On the first floor you will find a sitting room with ample seating, on the second floor there is a snug. Additionally, there are five bedrooms spread amongst the top three floors, configured as follows: A first-floor twin bedroom with ensuite shower, basin and WC. A second-floor king-size bedroom with a small dressing area and ensuite shower, basin and WC. A second-floor four poster bed with views of the coast and castle with ensuite shower and basin. A second-floor separate WC and basin. Two third-floor family rooms. Each with double and single beds with ensuite shower, basin and WC

Highview is a beautiful, terraced house resting in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and can sleep 12 people in six bedrooms. The living areas include a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for 12, a first-floor sitting room with a Smart TV, and a second-floor snug. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor four poster bed with en-suite shower room, a second-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a third-floor double with en-suite shower room, a third-floor family room with double and single, and a twin with Sky TV and en-suite shower room, along with a second-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a small, front patio area with furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.5 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Note: There are a number of stairs and stairgates are unable to be fitted, the property is unsuitable for young children and toddlers. Pets: 2 x medium sized dogs are welcome at this property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
