The living areas in the detached, single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with overall seating for eight people, and a sitting area with an electric fire and a TV, along with a washing machine in a cupboard. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a family room with a bunk and single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is rear enclosed decking with a barbecue and furniture. Within 2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.2, a pub, and within 0.5, a beach. Please note that this property does not accept smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
