Outside the cottage is off road parking and a front lawned area and patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to both Filey and Bridlington, Little Argham Cottage is a superb holiday cottage for a family holiday in a beautiful part of Yorkshire.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent available from 1st October to 1st May. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned area and patio to front with furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Beach 7 miles. Note: Ramp available on request. Note: Although all ground floor, there are some internal steps between rooms. Note: There is a small caravan site and storage on the owner's smallholding. Note: electric car charging is not allowed at the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
