Flints Cottage in Richmond, North Yorkshire sleeps six guests in three rooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with an AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a dining area with seating for six guests. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, as well as roadside parking nearby. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.5 miles, a river and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Flints Cottage is a charming base for a family escape to North Yorkshire. Just 10 metres away on Frenchgate, the most sort after street in Richmond, is on street parking which is plentiful and free. Note: The staircase in this property is quite steep. Note: We kindly ask that the hot tub is not used after 10pm out of consideration for the neighbours.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
