It comes set with two bedrooms which include a double and a twin room with two 2’6” beds, along with a family shower room, the property is able to sleep four people. Inside, also find its kitchen/diner and its sitting room which has an electric fire. To the outside, there is plenty of off-road parking as well as a shared enclosed garden with a patio, gravelled areas and furniture. Smugglers Rock Cottage is a homely stay in a fine location.
Storage and electric heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, High speed fiber WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for x2 cars. Enclosed patio and gravel garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, two on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5.5 miles, pub 2 miles. NOTE: Check in 4pm. Dogs must be over 6 months of age to be accepted on the booking. Note - We have two type 2 EV charging points on site (chargeable). Note - Bicycles must not be stored in the cottage. There is an outdoor bike rack in the car park for up to 4 bikes, adjacent to this is a secure bike shed for up to 4 bikes, as well as an unlocked outbuilding which has a wall mounted lock which can store a further 3 bikes. Please notify at time of booking; if bringing bikes (and how many), and if charging point required.
Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
