18th-century farmhouse set in 10 acres of private land in the stunning Shibden Valley. 7-person hot-tub enclosed within a glass room with electric louvred roof. The beautiful views can be enjoyed in any weather. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Bedroom 1: 1 x king-size, en-suite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: 1 x king-size, en-suite with walk-in shower and feature copper bath. Bedroom 3: Family suite, 1 x king-size, children’s bunks in separate room and en-suite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4: 1 x double, en-suite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 5: Family room with double and bunk adjacent to family bathroom with bath and shower. Study with sofa bed which can accommodate 2 additional persons, if required

Appliances include an electric range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV, two TVs, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king, two doubles, and two family rooms, all with accompanying en-suite bath or shower rooms, serviced by a communal bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a large enclosed lawned garden with patio, fire pit, barbecue, furniture, and a summer house, along with ample off-road parking. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes three well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Enjoy a memorable stay in Yorkshire at Lee House Farm. Enclosed, private garden with hot-tub and far-reaching views. Ample off-road parking. Gas central heating. WiFi throughout. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
