A charming holiday property in Pickering, next to the steam railway station, sleeping four people in two bedrooms. Hogwarts Cottage is a delightful, terraced cottage set in Pickering, opposite the steam railway station and close to the many amenities of the town. With a double and a twin bedroom, the property can sleep four people. There's also a family bathroom on the first floor, whilst on the ground floor is a galley-style kitchen, a dining room with gas fire and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is a small courtyard and parking is available nearby in a public car park, five minutes' walk from the cottage. Hogwarts Cottage occupies an excellent position for this touring this lovely area of Yorkshire.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Due to the location, some road and railway noise can be heard.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
