The Retreat is in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, sleeping 16 people in 8 rooms. The large, three-storey terraced property's living areas consist of a kitchen with range cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with seating 16 people, sitting room with a TV, a selection of books and games. The bedrooms consist of three super-king-sizes, two with en-suite bathrooms, a super-king-size (zip/link), three king-sizes, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin, along with two bathrooms. Outside, there is a garden with Astro-turf, furniture, and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.3, a beach. Please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed, but smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the cost. Two travel cots and highchairs are available. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
