Eric House is a delightful, detached holiday home resting in Muston near Filey, North Yorkshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for five. There is also a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a snug room and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link), a double with an en-suite and a single bedroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, smoking is not allowed. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 1.9 miles, a beach. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
