Dragonfly in Tunstall near Hipswell, sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Dragonfly, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area with dining table for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, along with a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.6 miles, river 0.5 miles. Return year after year to Dragonfly. Note: Although it is single-storey, there are steps up to the property. Note: No stag/ hen parties or similar. Note: Please be aware the site rules for the lodge operate a strict quiet time between the hours of 10pm-8am, the hot tub is not permitted to be used within this period. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the lodge. Note: No dogs are allowed on the furniture or beds, all dogs must be supervised at all times; no dogs are to be left unattended in the lodge at any time. Please note; due to the hot tub being cleaned on the day of arrival, the temperature may not be at it's peak on the first day.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
