Butterfly Lodge in Tunstall, North Yorkshire, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. This single-storey lodge has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles and a pub in 1.6 miles. For a rural base in North Yorkshire, book Butterfly Lodge. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care. Note: This is an adult-only property; only allowing babes in arms. Note: This property now accepts teenagers aged 13 and above. Note: No stag, hen or similar. Note: Please be aware the site rules for the lodge operate a strict quiet time between the hours of 10pm-8am, the hot tub is not permitted to be used within this period. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the lodge. Note: No dogs allowed on the furniture or beds, all dogs must be supervised at all times; no dogs to be left unattended in the lodge at any time.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
